Question About FIESA - Monica

I am relatively new and still don't understand the ins and outs of the company. I am wondering how often and how many reports I should expect to find in FIESA. I saw the post below that sounded like maybe once a week (and how many reports?). Also, I am not exactly sure what all I should click on in the feedback list. I want to make sure I don't miss something in case it should be disputed.

I have been spending quite a bit of free time going back over training and manuals, so I thought I would "cheat" and ask here.
