I quit almost a year ago during my shift. I just couldn't deal with no work on about 13 accounts I had as a QC. When I quit my TM said I wouldn't be eligible for rehire since I didn't give notice. Well I certainly didn't cry myself to sleep over that! Am much happier where I am now and will never ever recommend Nuance to anyone. So don't feel bad about just up and quitting. Just do it! The elephant will be of your back!
