I agree, definitely worse than this letter. To me the point is the actuality of a doctor posting for all to see and read what many of us have heard said by our own personal doctors, how much they hate VR. My hematologist's nurse specifically told me how much the whole office hates Dragon and how much extra work it has created for everyone who are trying to work with patients. I think this ER doctor posting this is a fantastic step in the right direction of pointing out to everybody what a ripoff Nuance's software is and to not believe what they are told about its capabilities.
