sent the TSM an unfixed report vs a fixed one? I understand they are concerned about quality, I DO!!! But, do they know how bad the output is and how it has gotten WORSE lately. Yes some of it is from being on unfamiliar accounts, but more of it is because our brains don't work with ASR. We hear what we see especially when the output is as bad as it is now. I try VERY hard to be correct, but I can only do so much.
