I really do not think the pay cut was voluntary - Nuance stock was down

Ricci is not a kind generous soul. He is evil. Nuance stock has gone down so I am pretty sure stockholders and other top brass considered Ricci was losing investors money and was not worth what they were paying him so they cut his pay.

Looking forward to him being replaced.
