So, January we have no PTO until the bank it. In the meantime, we are OOW because of no work in early January and sometimes most of January.
You cannot take PTO if you have no PTO. We cannot take a day without pay because that is not allowed.
So perhaps their real goal was to have a lot of MTs OOW and without PTO, hence low paycheck?
Seems this is actually designed to get resignations or walkouts.
