When I asked how somebody is to take PTO early in the year if there aren't any days on the books, I was told that when we sell back our PTO at the end of the year that we are supposed to save that money to cover any off days we have before PTO is built up. An unsatisfactory answer! I was told I can file a grievance with the HR manager, Masuma.Badshah-Rai@nuance.com which I did. I think we should inundate the company with complaints, maybe we should all send them a teabag to protest! As always, please be careful of your wording.
