For any QA out there who say I should have just left a blank....well first of all it really did sound like hyper and second it was a 10 line report so there is NO WAY I'm going to leave a blank just to have YOU fill it in with what YOU think it is (having been able to leisurely look through past reports) - thus failing that report and dropping my cpl. NOPE
