The master plan of QA/audits comes from - the maggots at the top

QAs are doing their job as instructed by the greedy top management so that Ricci can keep earning the yearly obscene pay he does.

QA did not invent the plan to dock for errors. I want the blame to continue to be focused on Ricci and other top management.
