Regarding patient age - on Enterprise the age does keep moving forward, so it can be incorrect in the demographics.
I was told (by TSM years ago), that one should go by the age they are at the time of service.
Sometimes that is not possible on unknown patient or unknown date of visit. In those situations, I have been tempted to blank the age.
