I was always told, as the previous poster said, to try and stick with the tense that is used most often by the dictator. It really doesn't matter as long as the tense is the same throughout. The dictators certainly don't care as they clearly dictate tenses all over the place. Just 1 more thing we have to keep track of that is actually the dictator's fault. By the way, I did bring this to my PC's attention and, after she investigated the whole thing, she agreed with all my concerns and said she would speak with the SHDA. That's a good sign as far as support from my PC goes!
