Verb tense should be consistent in PE paragraph... - sm

Per the TBP, page 33, we are supposed to maintain the same verb tense (is/was, are/were) when transcribing a physical examination paragraph, so if the PE started out with present tense it should be maintained throughout the remainder of the PE. Qualified verbatim accts are an exception to this rule or if the CP states any exceptions.
