If the company you were hired for uses Emdat/Inscribe, they are subbing out for Nuance probably. I also know MM outsources to other smaller companies as well.
Most smaller companies that uses Emdat get accounts from N. Those companies that are hiring, probably don't have work either. It is a bad situation all around.
