Fluency upgrade? Why can't the acct manager simply report this and have it corrected? The upgrade is incorrectly inserting the subheading code when it shouldn't be. I don't understand the difference between 100 MLS' having to waste time contacting support and getting a ticket number to send to manager versus the manager just notifying them this is not correct, fix it. The ongoing stupidity and time wasting that goes on here is unbelievable.
