Call them! Send a registered letter, return receipt requested. Have you been waiting a couple of hours or a couple of days? Call them! That is so horrible, to go through all that and then hit a brick wall. I hope it resolves for you. Hang in there, but be proactive. Maintain every single aspect of your contract. Sending good thoughts to you.
