I had a joint meeting with the service owner, the IT support person and the OM to go over problems they were blaming me for. When I gave them print outs of the OM using the owner's log in to do what you just describe and a calculator tape showing what they owed me, every one of them shut up and watched me walk out the door (dropped mic moment).
