The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago. Only 1 report was pulled for my audit for the week and, on a dictator's error, they got me for failure to flag and that took me from 11.6 cpl for the whole week down to 8 cpl. My accounts are verbatim and the error wasn't mine, but they got me. The whole FIESA deal is so messed up. They shoved "this is not intended to be punitive" down the TSM's throat, who in turn spit it back out to us until I am so sick of hearing it. It is about being punitive, regardless of what they say. Only a matter of time until I am out. I am actively looking for something else.
