Grid, losing $$$ - sickened

Do you work here? Look at the grid. When I normally am paid 0.1190 and am blown sky high off the grid down to eight whopping cents a line, that's quite the hit, especially for somebody else's mistake, and yes, I have been missing $300 from what I consider a "normal" check for me due to being knocked all the way down on the grid.
