You would get marked off if you DID change it.
How bizarre has this become? How far removed from actual patient safety and how glaringly clear the only reason FIESA exists is to cut our pay?
This is just ridiculous. If he wanted you to change it up top he should have clearly said so in his dictation and you should NOT be marked off for that.
Having the wrong anesthesia listed (thanks to doctor dumbo) does NOT affect patient safety anyway. Since he changed it later on, anyone who questioned the anesthesia would have looked for that. Simply not fair.
FIESA is the worst.
