mighty interested in the misclassification of ICs, and they have been for years. I've been an MT for a long time and remember this being a big issues 15-20 years ago, particularly in Massachusetts (I live in New England). Nothing has changed. There weren't enough "pink collar" workers standing up for themselves back then when it might have made a difference; and there sure aren't enough now, and, I fear it's too late to turn things around. We don't have the numbers or the organization.
