The account used to be balanced, it had a lot of work but it seemed the right number of people to handle it. Then, the hospital had a full census and the account was unhappy so the new TSM overreacted and brought a lot of new people onto the account and they leave it open to secondaries no matter how many reports are available. So, even times when I used to be virtually guaranteed work (Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays) I am running out. Something is definitely afoot for this account.
