I haven't seen my mother for 2 years (didn't have enough time last year) and her health is failing, so I'm going....in July. I also still think I've been ripped off of my PTO. I rolled over 40 hours in Jan. I have taken 3 days off this year and an hour here and there, but before April 1st, I had 38+ hours. I've asked HR about this several times and get a mixed up message so I believe they don't have a clue. I understand the PTOQ, but to have my PTO of 38 hours get cut to 14 is unacceptable.
