I've been noticing mostly all the work placed in the ads are for ACUTE CARE. Very rarely do you see a particular specialty anymore. What does one do to transition to the acute care transcription. Plus they want at least 3 years experience. Do I need to take a refresher course or is someone willing to train me in acute care?? :) I did my transcription course years ago and acute care is not my specialty, but would like to try it....
