I also am above-average and can usually do pretty good with lines, never has been a problem - yet I am absolutely sure there is something wrong when I cannot even make my minimum, and am working more hours and harder.
It is good to know it is not just me, but now I have no idea what to do about it. I have mentioned it to my immediate supervisor, but I could get fired I suppose if I speak up too much...
