I've been an MT for 50 years now, an editor for about 30. I would put her on 100% QA and let her know she is. She either shapes up or she's out. I've dealt with many MTs like this who are primadonnas and think they are perfect. Some people just refuse to learn and don't really understand the job of an MT. Hello, there's a human being on the other end of that report. What if it was your mother, your sister, your brother, your father, or whatever. Sorry, but our job is documentation and she's not doing her job. Also, you could say "Next... There are 100s of people standing behind you waiting for your job."
