You need to make some changes in your profile and security settings. All friends can follow you. Adjust your settings to friends only. Never choose a Everybody or Public setting. You can block this person you don't want to follow you, but make sure you make the necessary adjustments in your settings or it could happen again.

When you follow someone, you see their posts in your News Feed. You automatically follow people you’re friends with. You can also follow the posts of people you’re interested in. You can also choose to allow people who aren’t your friends to see your posts in their News Feed.
If you've allowed people to follow you, you can see a list of your followers:
Go to your profile.
Click Friends below your cover photo.
Click Followers. If no one is following you yet, you won't see this option.
Keep in mind that your friends automatically follow your posts, but they won't show up as followers. Learn about the difference between following someone and adding a friend.
The people you follow can see that you're following them. To adjust who else can see the people and lists you're following:
Go to your profile
Click Friends below your cover photo
Click in the top right
Select Edit Privacy
In the Following section, select an audience.
*You should choose friends only.*
Keep in mind that you automatically follow your friends, but they won't show up in your Following section.
f you don’t want a specific person to follow you, you’ll need to block them. Keep in mind that when you post something, you can choose who you share it with.
To change who can follow you:
Go to your Settings
Click Followers in the left column
Select *Friends* or Everybody next to Who Can Follow Me
If you don't want someone to follow you, you can block them.
