I too have years of experience. I also recognize and respect that there are many ways to do things, and not everything will be done on every account as I was taught or as I've been doing it for the last 30 years. Obviously the correct thing to do is make a note of the error or "difference" and get it right the next time. When one person refuses, I'm sure there are 100s of other transcriptionists out there that would be glad accept the difference and get it correct the next time. Document... document... document... The noncompliant one will eventually write her own ticket out the door.
