Can't answer your question, but I would suggest checking to see if the dispatcher for your husband's company can put you in touch with the truckers who normally make the runs in the areas you will be in to see what kind of coverage they have while traveling through there. My experience has been that the different phone coverage maps say there is coverage in places that really do not have reliable consistent coverage. It might be enough to send a quick text message but not to have an entire conversation on the phone or to upload/download large audio and text files. I would love to be in your shoes and have such an opportunity. Good Luck!!
