okay, why did I think you were asking about templates and if you had to use the templates that the MTSO had put in there. IDK. Anyway, I am not sure what you mean by macros in Docshuttle Client. The MTSO I work for chose the FTP site and set that up for us. As for my situation, I do not think I can download this MTSOs voice files in anything but Bytescribe, although never tried. I think the physician offices also have Bytescribe, so once I upload the work their office has access to it pretty seamlessly. This MTSO had us purchase our own Bytescribe for what you quoted.
