Don't forget the fact that they're slave drivers about your schedule and so unbending but yet they tell you you're an IC. I had to quit after a week. I felt like I was suffocating!!!!! And they werent happy when I sent an email to my manager stating they were illegally treating me as an IC instead of an employee and I may have cc'd that to everyone in the company, including the owner, lol.
