to determine whether we are ICs or employees, I think close to 100% of those of us classified as ICs are misclassified. I think as we quit employment, we should file the SS-8 form and hope for reimbursement for unemployment taxes we were required to pay.
I wonder if the determination of employee classification would provide more such as compensation to equal minimum wage.
