how so many companies get away with this when it is so obvious that at least 90% of us are "employees." Is it because we have been brain washed into thinking that in order to get and keep the job, we cannot question status?? It is a huge "expense" for those of us working as IC to have to pay all of our own taxes each year and supply our own insurance, particularly in this day and age with the Obama thing going on. We should be compensated for that expense somehow, or be classified as the employees that we truly are and given the benefits that come with that, thereby placing the expense back on the shoulders of the company. Is it too late to reverse this status?
