I truly thought that I understood the IRS's description of IC vs employee, but after seeing all these job postings for IC's and then all the requirements that the companies post with it, I became confused and was doubting my comprehension and how I understood the description/classification of the two. At least now I know that I did understand correctly, and I appreciate you taking the time to reply and clearing that up for me!
