Scribes MT - Codes?

You have to know codes? That is something I would not expect. How do they expect you to do that and is that paid for? The more I hear about scribes, the more it seems like a lot of work for not much money.

I did find a scribe position on Craigslist in-house and they were offering $14-16 an hour. It was full time, so I am sure benies were included. These work at home virtual scribe jobs start at $8.50 and go to $10.
