immediately locked out of the system, so there was no point in giving notice. I gave notice because I considered it to be the proper thing to do. There are no business manners with most MTSOs these days. If you are treated lousy on a day to day basis, don't expect much better on your way out the door. Based on how the MTSOs treat their employees and ICs, there's no respect for the MTs/MEs. We owe the employer an honest day's work and nothing more.
