It seem that I heard recently that tech savvy applicants were including tags in their resumes with a white font color so that they are not visible to a person reading but are visible to the software parsing the resume/application. The tags were the hot point criteria posted in the job listing. The computer sees the resume as qualified to be pushed on to the next level.
