cover letter first. If my resume gets selected by the hospital's software criteria, then a human looks at my info. Otherwise, I have no department/corporate contact info. I'll receive a confirmation email from the hospital saying that they received my application, but it will say to not respond to it. I'll look on the Internet and see if I can find sample cover letters for a unit secretary. Again, thanks.
