Applied but not hearing back - uniquemonique

I applied for 4 MT jobs on april 8th and have not heard from any of them yet. Is this the norm these days. I can remember as early as last year when I applied to a few places and heard back within a few days. I'm getting nervous because I've been out of work since January and I've had no luck on the outside but I was fairly certain I would hear from MTSOs here.
