My company upgraded to version 18.2 and now the computer is so slow I'm losing 300+ lines in 4 hours waiting for everything to open, waiting on jobs to load and send, waiting to get into Google, NetScript, everything is bogged down. Tech has gotten into it so much I'm afraid they've totally screwed it up and of course they say it's my internet connection - which THEY set up - and have given up. I'm fed up, need to find something that works. TYIA.
