Location: Pittsburgh, PA Travel: approximately one (1) day per month on average Salary Range: 35-39 K (Full-Time) Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Vacation, Paid Personal Days, Direct Deposit, Mileage and travel expenses.
Requirements :
Five (5) years of recent MT and/or QA experience required. One (1) year of supervisor or management experience required.
* Position Summary* :
With direct reporting responsibility to the CEO, provides appropriate supervision, leadership and assistance to assigned transcription team members. Responsible for the daily supervision of dictation and transcription processes to ensure the timely delivery of quality transcribed documents to assigned accounts. Travel to client sites as needed for meetings with HIM Directors or client representatives.
1. Workflow and Account Responsibility:
a.) Generates, analyzes and assumes complete responsibility for various reporting functions to include, but not limited to, reports for payroll, billing, quality control review (QC), turnaround time, daily production, and workflow including stat jobs.
b.) Maintains TAT on assigned accounts to within 90% at all times. c.) In conjunction with both the CEO and Director of Quality, shares in the responsibility for achieving established profitability targets for assigned accounts.
2. Transcription and QA Editing
a.) Performs client corrections and education to staff on an as needed basis.
b.) Performs QA as needed to maintain optimal TAT on assigned Account Supervisor account.
c.) Demonstrates the ability to operate designated word processing, dictation, and transcription equipment as directed to complete assignments.
The pay range for this position is 35-39k based on experience.
