it's Alvarado knee holder by Zimmer. I can't find an El Dorado brace anywhere. I don't know what to tell you. Is this a private client or an MTSO client? If you have a QA person at your MTSO, you could blank it and send it to them with the explanation why. It may make a difference when the OP note is coded if there is an incorrect piece of equipment documented, and he's going to be the one who has egg on his face when he gets queried by the coding auditor when the claim gets held up.
