How the SHDA/HDS of the month chosen? - sm Posted: Feb 12th, 2016 - 12:44 pm
It says they got 100% quality all month. I was curious and did a search on the SHDA of the month through our daily audit emails (she lists the name of the 100%'s every day), and this SHDA did not show up once in the month of January. This leads me to assume she never was audited the month of January; heck, she may have been on vacation. It's not easy to get errors on an audit when no audit has been done.
On the other hand, I see the same names audited almost daily and they get on the 100% list. Why not any of them? It almost seems they just draw names out of a hat.
