you should have gotten rid of those line padders and not painted us all with the same strokes. I do have to say, at least, you DID the right thing by switching to a 55 VBC line to rectify the issue. My MTSO hired me in May and started me on a 65 line + spaces account until the account I was hired for started up. When that time came, suddenly I was informed that it was a VBC account, but they were going to increase the line rate by 10% which to me was not enough, and I had already quit my old job, so I was stuck. They also kept the lph per hour goal the same as the 65 + spaces line, even though it took us between 10% to 20% longer to produce those 65 VBCs. I mentioned it in a meeting, and they said they were going to fix that but haven't heard a thing about it yet.
