When your company signed the contract for the VA hospital, it signed that it would pay each and every person holiday, vacation, and health pay regardless of whether you are an IC or employee. I work for another company and I am an IC and I for sure get these benefits when I work VA accounts. You need to ask your management about this. You are due an incredible amount of back pay.
