Obviously you know what they are doing is wrong and you know you have to say something. Is it another MT who is violating or is it the actual owner? If it's the owner you need to go to the hospital or client. That being said, you might need a backup plan for work in case the company is shut down too. Do you have proof of any kind to help back you up too? You can report HIPPA violations to //www.hhs.gov/hippa too. Sorry you are put in this position. Let us know how things turn out, but follow your gut. If it were your information being violated, you would want someone to stand up for you too.
