You must make sure you have all your time on the keyboard accounted for. any downtime of more than 3 minutes at a time you must sign out of the clock and then log back in. This way, if you are scheduled to work 8 hours, they can be certain you are actually "working" fingers on the keyboard, 8 hours. Nice people, huh? So your 8 hours, if you are human, can take a total of 10 to 11 hours a day to complete.
