Love it when you read one posting and run with that. I work there, am not on any kind of monitoring.
What I think is this: I have noted emails sometimes asking if anyone can get on and work that NO ONE showed up to work. I think IF you are being monitored, perhaps it is because so much time taken off and then at the end of the day perhaps somewhere showing you have produced maybe 5 hours for the day. Just a thought on my part.
