i swear they do this just to mess with us. until i came to Medquist, it was always DISC never DISK. then with Medquist it was the opposite, never DISK. daily is indeed my short cut for q.day...what about qd. do i leave that one, or should that be daily.? god i'm tired of this. especially since the docs don't give a rats ass.
