No company should be tracking time on employees who are not paid HOURLY unless they want to pay over-time. When was the last time anyone was paid hourly-20 years ago? As far as being IC, which most companies today are offering, if a time clock was installed on your computer-uninstall it. It simply is none of their business, unless, of course, you are being paid HOURLY.
