I hate the grid and I hate what Nuance has done to us, pitting us against each other, stealing our wages, not paying holidays, etc., etc., BUT I have done well on the grid and have only been off it once or twice since its inception. All other times I have averaged over 11/5.5 pennies and it is better than I can make anywhere else, at least for the time being.
